Therapeutic method
My therapeutic method involves an effective combination of science, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and empathy. I balance humour and understanding with a healthy dose of reality. I use objective scientific testing to aid in analysis, to promote self-understanding, and to measure progress. I believe that spiritual values and a moral code are necessary for growth, healing, and and the strength to face life's trials. I use a variety of techniques and tools to help clients become grounded in reality and journey towards hope and happiness.
